I remember how hard it was planning my wedding, and every item you don't have to worry about makes it that much easier. Feel free to use the free templates below that I used for my RSVP and reception cards. There are also some tips along the way. Enjoy and early Congratulations! :)
For some reason the preview picture for these RSVP cards is not working, but if you go to the link here and download it as a .doc you can open it in Microsoft Word. Feel free to edit/print/share! :)
I didn't want to invite someone and have them bring more than one person as a date, so I used the format below.
- TIP: If you don't fill out the name for them, make sure to number the back of your RSVP cards and keep track of each person's # in case you can't read their handwriting when they return it!
Reception Cards
I printed mine on business cards to save money - great tip! Use my free template here.
When I was planning my wedding, it was apparent that we could not accommodate adults and children according to our budget and the size of our venue. The only option I could think of was to have an adult reception so that we didn't have to cut out any friends or family from what was already a pretty short list.
I know some people do take offense to this, but we could not find it in our budget to do so.
Please feel free to download and customize the Adult Reception Cards I used which are shown below. For some reason when I uploaded this document it changed the font - I had a pretty cursive font before but if you download it as a .doc you should be able to edit it in word. Feel free to change, edit, print, and share! :)
Adult Reception Cards - Customize and print these on business cards
I believe these are the same business cards I used for the template above. Make sure you print the first page (draft) on normal paper and stack on top of the business cards to make sure that everything lines up. If not, you will want to make any changes necessary to ensure that when you print them on the business cards they are perfect!
Enjoy and if you use this template, please leave a comment and let me know how it worked for you. Hope you found this idea helpful and it saves you some ca$h!
