Here is the super cute birthday gift I made for a friend a few years back, I thought it was adorable. I think I saw this idea on pinterest, like many other crafty gift ideas!
What you need to make your own:
Suckers (to match how old they are turning)
Popsicle sticks to hold up the signs
Small container
Foam (cut to fit inside of the container)
Enjoy!
